He's not really supposed to be a potato (that would just be silly), but that's what he looks like to me. He's your typical lumbering beast who hides in abandoned school yards, looking for the occasional lost wonderer to stumble upon him in a dark, shadow filled hallway.
And I think those are dreadlocks.
